UAE: sterilization programme may return after 5 straight days of cases increase.

The amount of cases in the UAE have been on the rise for the past five days, and if that trend keeps up, the sterilization programme might return, a UAE official warned on Thursday.

"It is possible to reinstate the national sterilization programme in some areas if there are high numbers of covid-19 cases," Dr. Saif Al Dhaheri, spokesman for the National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority (NCEMA), said.

In the past five days the cases of Covid-19 have more then doubled due to non-compliance of precautionary measures.
