UAE: 930 new cases of Covid-19, the highest in four months

The UAE has conducted 82,076 tests, out of which 930 new cases were discovered, the highest in four month, bring the total infections in the country at 76,911.

There were 586 new recoveries, which brings the total recoveries to 67,945.

5 death were reported, taking the total death toll to 398.

“This is the highest number of cases in four months. On August 10, we had only 179 new infections but in just a month, we have exceeded 900,” said Dr Farida Al Hosani, the official spokeswoman for the health sector in the country.
