Abu Dhabi-- the Public Prosecution, via a tweet published on their social media accounts, made clear one of the crimes of obstructing judicial procedures, as the Public Prosecution indicated that Article 266 of the Federal Penal Code stipulates that anyone who intends to mislead the judiciary through Changing the status of persons, places or things, concealing evidence of crime, or providing false information related to it, knowing that it is not true.


It is worth noting that the publication of these tweets comes within the framework of the Public Prosecution's ongoing campaign to enhance legal culture among members of society, and raise the level of public awareness of the law, with the aim of spreading the culture of law as a way of life, and contributing to reducing the percentage of violations resulting from ignorance of the law.
