Mustafa al-Kadhimi, Iraq's Prime Minister, said on Thursday that, Turkey's interference in Iraq was unacceptable, he was referring to the Turkish special forces that were deployed in an operations against the Kurdish Fighters in Iraq.

Baghdad has summoned the Turkish and Iranian ambassadors when the operations that targeted the Kurdish rebels took place, however it seems like Turkey continued its military operations despite it being an attack on the sovereignty of Iraq.

“We will not accept it ... and Iraq’s constitution states that our lands will not be [open for confrontation], Said Kadhimi told reporters

This all came when Mustafa al-Kadhimi visited US President Donald Trump in Washington.

In addition, Kadhimi said Iraq was open to US investments, this is after five American companies signed deals with Iraqi officials in the Oil and Electricity Ministries worth over

$8 Billion, Trump added that the US would stand by Iraq's side and reiterated previous comments on his will to see US troops completely withdraw from Iraq, however he also noted that the American forces were present to confront any Iranian threats.
