The maker of fortnite is suing the two tech giants for blocking fortnite, a very popular online game, with hundreds of millions registered players from the app stores.

The reason Apple and Google removed the game from their stores was because the game's developer, Epic Games, had violated their guidelines by announcing a way for players to buy in-game currency without using Apple or Google's proprietary payment system.

Epic's founder and Founder and CEO, Tim Sweeney, expressed his dissatisfaction with apple in the past, he even wrote on twitter last month that:
"if apple had the way, they'd block the web and make arbitrary decisions about what pages you're allowed to visit ... and demand 30% of the revenue from every company that does business on the web."
